How to read this change log
Entries cover changes that affect how a tool behaves, what information the site publishes, how visitors navigate it, or how data and advertising are handled. Minor copy edits, dependency maintenance, and purely internal refactoring may not receive their own entry unless they change the user experience.
Review dates on guides are updated only after the related explanation has been checked against current behavior. A new date does not mean that an older result, exported file, or previously shared URL was independently revalidated.
Task-specific guidance for five focused tools
Added original planning guides, limitations, worked examples, review checklists, and related resources for the classroom timer, dice roller, Yes or No wheel, seating chart maker, and random pair generator.
Distinct guidance for ready-made wheels
Expanded five preset wheel pages with subject-specific planning advice, worked examples, limitations, review checklists, and related resources instead of relying on repeated template copy.
Mobile navigation and publisher transparency
Added an accessible small-screen navigation menu and documented who maintains ReadySetPick, how editorial claims are reviewed, how corrections are handled, and how advertising is separated from selection results.
Decision guide library and methodology
Published original guides for fair wheel draws, giveaways, classroom name selection, balanced teams, and tournament byes, plus a technical explanation of secure random indexes, shuffling, local storage, sharing, accessibility, and limitations.
Expanded site icon support
Added ICO, SVG, PNG, Apple touch, and web-app icon formats with a manifest so browsers, home screens, and search crawlers have stable square assets to choose from.
Additional random and classroom tools
Added weighted wheels, meal and activity presets, raffle selection, random pairs, tournament brackets, seating charts, dice, and classroom timing while keeping entries and histories in the browser.
ReadySetPick public foundation
Launched the random wheel with editable entries, animated results, saved wheels, URL-fragment sharing, winner history, responsive layouts, keyboard-visible controls, crawler files, privacy choices, and Cloudflare security headers.
Report a problem or correction
If a tool behaves differently from its explanation, a guide contains a factual error, or a link does not lead where promised, use the contact form. Include the page address, what you expected, and what happened, but do not send private entry lists or sensitive personal information.
Confirmed material corrections are summarized here after the affected behavior and automated checks have been updated. For the testing and editorial principles behind this process, read About ReadySetPick and How ReadySetPick Works.
