The service
ReadySetPick provides a free browser-based random wheel for entertainment, education, facilitation, and low-stakes everyday decisions. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued without guaranteeing continuous availability.
Appropriate use
You may not use ReadySetPick to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, probe its security, or misrepresent a random result as independently audited or certified.
Your entries and shared links
You are responsible for the names, options, and other text you enter or share. Do not include content you lack permission to use, or sensitive information that should not appear in a shareable URL. Shared links can be copied and forwarded by recipients.
Random outcomes
The wheel is designed to give each active entry an equal chance, but the service is not a certified lottery, gambling, cryptographic drawing, or compliance system. Do not use it where law, contract, safety, money, healthcare, employment, or another high-stakes context requires an audited selection process.
Intellectual property
ReadySetPick's branding, interface, copy, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. You retain responsibility for text you enter into the tool.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, a particular outcome, or suitability for a specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReadySetPick and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or reliance on a result.
